Shy Guy

This is a Shy Guy, from the Super Mario Bros games. Shy Guys come in all different colours, but this is a standard red one.

When I was a kid, Shy Guys didn't really resonate with me in any special way, but a friend of mine liked them and over time I became more fond of the little fellow. Shy Guys have and will do virtually anything, so I could easily make at least a dozen different varieties of them, with spears, submarines, tennis rackets, etc. I could see myself making a few others just to keep him company.....he's shy.
